Who We Are

PGPH is a permanent-capital serial acquirer of small-to-medium-sized businesses in niche markets, backed and wholly owned by Perimeter Group (NYSE: PRM), a publicly-traded company.

We acquire companies in niche, mission-critical markets and hold them indefinitely, with no intention to sell. We apply the same operating discipline and capital-allocation philosophy that has driven Perimeter Group's success as a multi-billion dollar public company.

Our Principles

01

Long-Term Orientation

We buy businesses to hold indefinitely. That shapes how we invest, how we operate, and how we treat people. We protect the legacies sellers built and make decisions that maximize value over decades.

02

Humility and Respect

We approach every business with admiration, humility, and treat everyone with respect.

03

Decentralized

Authority sits with our operating companies. The best decisions are made by the people closest to the customer.

04

Continuous Improvement

Compounding improvements over long periods create extraordinary outcomes. We hold high standards and apply them fairly and objectively.

05

Scrappy

We do whatever it takes to create equity value.

06

Value-Add Growth Partner

As part of a multi-billion dollar public company, we have resources, processes, and strategies to help grow your business.

What We Look For

We acquire businesses providing niche products or services that customers depend on

Critical, but Small

Essential to the customer's operation, but a small portion of their total cost

Revenue Quality

Revenue tied to non-discretionary, mission-critical applications solving challenging, complex customer problems

Proprietary

Highly-engineered products or highly-technical services. Products are often specified onto OEM programs, designed for a unique purpose, and produced in small volume

Secular Growth

We look for industries where we can build and grow for decades
